  1. I was really skeptical about online personal training actually, but I had to try it because the cost was just SO much cheaper than hiring an in-person trainer. I found Total Gym XLS Trainer (http://www.thegymsanity.com/reviews/home-gym-equipment/total-gym-xls-trainer-equipment ) a few months ago and I have to say, it’s been awesome - already lost 16lbs!
